I don’t usually read long series, because I truly don’t like to make that kind of commitment . This is a good story but depending on how this first book ends will determine if I continue to book 2.
This book did not have to be over 500 pages. At times I feel anxious when reading it because I know that after this overly long book, there are 3 more ….geez. This book intrigues me while also pissing me off🥴

My favorite genre but this is one racist book….im invested in the story but i get pissed every time i see a slur 🤦🏾♀️ HEAVY on the slurs
