That lecture seemed a smidge hypocritical.

I must have missed or just don’t remember why Bobby’s former partner doesn’t like McKenzie at all now. I don’t remember so much hostility between the two in earlier books. I remember her looking into a few things for him in earlier books. Hopefully this doesn’t turn into one of those things that drives me nuts.

This is the last book I can listen to in order. Apparently other people are also listening to this series now too. I can’t put books on hold with partnering libraries. Perhaps if I don’t get through it so fast (who am i kidding, I will finish it today most likely) the next one will be ready and I won’t have to skip ahead. Since I technically started with #23 days if I get out of order, I will survive.

They got a condo? I was hoping McKenzie kept his house with his fountain. Darn.
