Annmarie’s Reviews > Daughter of the Dark > Status Update

!!!! If you resonate with unlikable MCs that are fiery and sharp and have a bite to them then this is for you. Liked Nesta’s story? Read this. Liked Blood over Bright Haven? These Vile Hearts? Pick up this book.
I’ve been glued to this book since I picked it up. Easy to read, interesting magic, politics, interpersonal character dynamics, the tropes! The antihero, refusal of the call, enemies to lovers, etc.
