This book was quite complex, and at times a little bit difficult to follow. Basically, this covered the life of a sociopathic and narcissistic man who basically got married a bunch of times, was a male escort and prostitute, and basically ended up scamming every single woman that he was married to her in a relationship with. He would basically either make them take out loans and give him the money, or would use their Social Security numbers and credit cards to get money for himself.

This book basically covered not only his particular plot line and insight into his way of thinking, but also into many of the women whose lives he affected. It’s also important to note that one of the women he scammed and one of his wives he actually end up murdering, and one of his other wives was a witness to this murder.

At the very very end of the book, they basically have a giant confrontation between this main character, and a lot of of the women that he scammed, the children he abandoned, and a lot of the women that he hurt. He ended up, escaping and diving into the English channel.

At the very end of the book, he goes to visit the woman that was a witness to the murder he committed. He lied to her various times and never visited her over the course of four years. It turns out, however, that after she saw the news story of him diving into the Eng channel, she called the police and basically set him up. So when he went to go visit her, he was arrested by the police for all of the crimes he had commit committed.

An overall good book with a very interesting and engaging plot line. I found myself wanting to know what happened and wanting to keep listening to the book. There were so many characters. It was hard to keep track of that times, particularly because the majority of the characters were women. I found the ending to be quite lackluster and un impressive, and was expecting more of a profound plot twist, but it actually did come out kind of flat. I would recommend however, because the book was so engaging and addicting to read.
