*Spoilers in comments* an overall funny, sarcastic, lighthearted, murder mystery. There was a good plot twist at the end, and the characters were all pretty endearing, which made this book very likable. Overall would recommend.

*Spoilers in comments* poetically written book, and was unlike anything I’ve ever read before. However, I did not connect with a book in the way that I wanted to, and often found myself confused at the direction. The plot was heading as well as what the main character or narrator was referring to.

Spoilers in comments. This was a very cute book, and it really did have some very important topics and beautifully written parts, particularly as it pertain to Stevens illness. I thought the book drowned on too long, and had too many characters, but that seems to be common for the author. Overall was a cute book and would recommend for a low intensity murder mystery.

*Spoilers in Comments* this book was an insane journey, and despite how infuriating the main character is, it was robustly entertaining. The plot twist at the end had me shocked. Would highly recommend.

*Spoilers in comments* overall well written book, with an amazing narrator. However, the plot line was quite unbelievable, and required a lot of stretching to make the plot come together. I was interested in what would happen next, however so it definitely wasn’t engaging read. Would recommend.

*Spoilers in Comments* this book was awful. The characters are so dumb. The plot line had an extremely mild plot twist, but anyone that enjoys thrillers could see it from a mile away. McFadden never ceases to disappoint. Would definitely not recommend this book.
