It will just be more interesting if rachel also started out as the other woman... even if unbeknownst to her.. how sick if megan then also ended up a nanny for her ex.. hmmmmm idk if this is the way the book will go but it will for sure be drama and fit into the whole dysfunction loves dysfunction
