I find it extremely frustrating that they had to go through a ritual spell to take away Briony’s innocence. Um, what happened to the traditional way? What is Tovin’s hangup already??? I’m dying to know. This is the most frustrating slow burn ever. It’s not even fun. He acts like she’s contagious. It’s maddening!
