Finished Godzilla, moving on to Godzilla raids again. The writing style really can only be described as juvenile. I don’t hate it, but it is more than a little silly. Granted, that is very much what I love about Godzilla movies, but man are there a lot of sound effects in this story.

“Ok guys. It’s super important that we keep a total blackout to avoid luring in Godzilla. No lights allowed. Wait- what’s that?! A gas tanker driven by escaped prisoners heading into a petroleum storage facility??? Gosh I hope the police approach in a measured way and don’t cause the tanker to tip, causing a giant ball of fire to bloom into the night sky. Cause that would be bad. And really stupid to read.”
