The world build and overall story is gripping, but the "enemies to lovers" is so frustrating. The 2 MCs just got into a food fight, for crying out loud. While staying in someone else's house eating someone else's food in the middle of a haunted forest while trying to find a hopefully not yet dead employee they are both responsible for.
