Everyone’s in love with Mrs Ramsay but she’s married to a mediocre manchild and Lily wants to be a spinster (she’d probably marry Mrs Ramsay if the opportunity arised though)

My first Virginia Woolf and just wow, the writing is out of this world, it reminds me of Katherine Mansfield’s style if she had written full-length novels.
