Ethical considerations if a patient shows perverse signs that overrule one's consent such as pedophilia, sadism or rape; Western jurisdictions allow perverse sexual practices as long as consent is given by both parties; perverse tendencies that is dubious in legality need to be understood through psychoanalysis instead of annulling the process in order to heal them; analysts need to stand their ground of neutrality.

Prenatal presuppositions which ultimately are conversed to behaviours affect child development. If a mother is over-anxious she will not grant a healthy distance from the child, and the child will eventually develop psychosomatic symptoms. A system eventually breaks free from Oedipal incestuous desires through creating sexual desire as well as deep love bonds in the adult phase. Every kind of somatisation is a clue.

Ulcer, anorexia, panic attacks, bulimia, dermatological cases such as eczema, digestive and excreting issues may be related to psychosomatosis. Several cases are extremely related to Oedipal complex: the patients have a critically terrible relationship with their mothers.

Human creativity is based on the amalgamation of two sexes. If bisexual nature is not formed, or if it is polarised at one side, hiatus may be experienced. The notions of fate and destiny are explained in layers: generational trauma in upbringing may not be changed, yet psychological resilience and responsive personality can be changed, therefore any “hidden calendar” abnormalities can be linked to psychosomatism
