This feels more like horror than romance. What the actual fuck?? Why would someone say yes to going to a destination wedding for someone that they haven't even had a conversation with in 10 years?? The amount of cognitive dissonance I need to incorporate to view this as a romance is astounding.

I don't get why this character is so butthurt that her friends brother doesn't immediately recognize her after 10 years of not seeing him. Like?? If I ran into one of my brother's friends who I haven't seen since high school, I might not immediately recognize them. Lucy is unnecessarily aggressive over this.
