Cis- women aren't "lining up" to get hysterectomies because it's so damn hard to get one. Some women try for YEARS to get one but aren't able to. I understand Reese's bitterness about not being to conceive herself, but a lot of her rants sound very resentful towards cis-women for things they cannot control.

None of the characters are fully good people, which makes this very realistic. I'm also liking the discussions around trans identity and struggles.
