Really excellent book. The Best of the series so far. I love the characters. Mercy and Elvis are again involved with a murder and a mystery and a stranger from Elvis's past who wants to take him away. He was a dog handler for Elvis before being injured and Elvis being given to Martinez Mercy's dead fiance.
