Despite my scepticism, the tumblr fanart have convinced me to give it a try.
Also, I think I've waited long enough since the film's hype so it doesn't look like I'm just jumping on a trend haha 😂

The more I read this, the more my disdain for Andy Weir grows.
How can a man write THIS book, and then say his books contain no politics???
Almost every page contains some sort of political commentary. The entire plot is political to its core! This book is simply steeped in politics! How can an author be so utterly clueless to his own writing? How can he be so far removed from his own work? It's baffling!
