What are you thinking? This looks interesting!

I was hooked a few pages in. He starts by talking about hip hop and gospel - how as a teen in the 1990s South, he connected with the story of struggle and anger found in hip-hop, but also the hope found in gospel music he grew up listening to thanks to his mom. Honestly, I think it’s a must-read for any American certainly (though I am not, but still very helpful)
