You know what? Yes, I'm reading this book. It's a flawed rebound book for me, alright? I'm still not over 'Notre-Dame', I DNFd 'The Magic Mountain' today, so maybe, just maybe, what I need is a wacky book where characters will suddenly blurt out philosophical monocultures on free will as if this were normal in day-to-day conversations.
