This is craaazyyy. The first few pages read like a post-apocalyptic opening scene, but it's really just the (author's take) on the reality of late capitalism in something resembling our current climate crisis. California has seceded/split off from the "yankee states" in "the war." People use several different versions of cryptocurrency like we use gold, silver, and coins. Wild setup for this robot restaurant concept.
