A very cathartic read that makes me feel validated and seen in my mental health journey. A little preachy at times but I understand why and hearing her narration is chefs kiss. I forgot she’s from Rockford, IL, she really is that girl I admire her hustle. She gives me such Taurus energy but of course she’s a Leo with no earth in her big 3. Okay anyway gonna go back to listening so far so great
