This book was so good to start with but the second half feels so chaotic; so many small things keep happening that don’t feel necessary, & they’re not explored enough to be interesting. If I hadn’t been reading it for so long & wasn’t so close to finishing it, this would be one for the DNF shelf. It’s such a shame.
