So far, this book has banter, a funny MMC who’s obsessed with the FMC, a cat and mouse game that gets tiring at some point and then an FMC whose pursuit for finding what can harm the MMC has turned into something more romantic even if she doesn’t realize it. The spice isn’t well written. It doesn’t capture my interest at all. I even prefer the banter to the spicy scenes. But there’s so much dialogue!!😩

Also Silas seems super invested in pleasing her even though he’s such a crazy character lol

Now there’s a love triangle

The cat and mouse game looks interesting but it’s also getting tiring and I really hope that this is not all there is to their story cause what’s really happening? I’m getting tired and bored of it. The idea is quite interesting but the execution is weak. The audiobook effects are cool though
