came into this with the expectation of it being a novel. however i realized it was a collection of short stories. with people finding out a missile is headed in their direction they all made sorta not the best decisions. i felt like every chapter was like stopping at a red light…down a road that’s 2 miles long with red lights every block. truthfully, this one wasn’t for me. had high expectations, fell p quickly

tbh, i’m having trouble getting through this one. i’m choosing to finish this one rather than put it on the DNF list. came into this one with such a different expectation.

a life threatening event that leads people to make decisions that have consequences. my friend kristin talked this book up when we walked by b&n. only 2 ch in but daaamn it’s wild.
