Is Nora a twit- is it a mask for her scheming or is she just naive? Does she have any right to forge loan notes to "save her husband?" (Did she really save him?) When her husband comments on how deception poisions the air of the home- I would tend to agree. Why should I sympathize with her decisions- because she made them without the imput of her husband??
