I still see no reason why they like each other. Sure they're doing nice things for one another, but I don't quite believe it. Good writing and plot though.

Septimus always seemed asexual to me. Not interested and just plotting the whole time. Kyrene’s interest seemed to come out of nowhere. Not believing they’re into each other.

They do not have chemistry.

Hard to believe a human can hurt Oraya, even with a god forged sword.

I'm actually surprised I'm this far into the book. There isn't much going on, a botched assassination attempt on a goddess. I miss Raihn and Oraya.

Not that much happening yet.
