A bit of a bore up to this point with both MCs (in alternate 1st Person POV) thinking stuff about the other. I did like the murder and ensuing investigation and was irked by the constant interruptions of the MC's thoughts, especially Alex's. It was repetitive: same old thing about her secret fantasies, fear of being outed, shame whenever she comes across mentions of bondage and D/s.

Suspended it for a while. I got too impatient for either the investigation/suspense thread to heat up, or the erotica. But it just went on and on without any action of either kind:( I might come back to it another day.
