Slow reading because I want to take it in slowly. Reread. I stop on a page I find meaningful and then when I go back, I read it again. This is fantastic.

This book is worth it for the first page. Breath. It is also something I am enjoy reading a few pages of and then getting up and DOING whatever feels right in the moment. Good stuff.
