The change-up is crazy.

The changeling changing back. All changes point to: where's the real mortal KAYE FIERCH and who is she? Furthermore, what is with the Fae war's truce and how does RATH ROIBEN RYE fit into with KAYE?

27...She thought of faeries she had known when she was a child...The man bleeding in the dirt beside her told her how wrong her perceptions of Faery had been.

30... "I will answer three, as full and well as is within my power." [Like a faerie tale]

37... She didn't want to want someone she would never have. [Roiben of the Unseelie Court]

Imaginary faeries and an encounter straight out of a fictional world, yes much like those hallmark movies where a prince comes to the real world. The slow build up seems to be leaning towards a selective exposure of fae kind suggesting that Kaye's imaginary friends are real but not witnessed by any others.

Its quite a slow pace to reach the synopsis points.
