whenever i read a philosopher on some other related subject i always wonder why it isnt a foundational text of that discipline. foucault in history, althusser in political economy, nietzsche in classical studies.

apolline = paranoid, dionysian = schizophrenic? seems pretty simple why didn't nietzsche just write a thousand plateaus? is he stupid?
