i don't believe rae betreayed them or that tori was meant to be good the whole time. it was definitly a retcon when rae couldnt replace liz in chloes heart or was meant to be chloe and the brothers to focus on their love triangle but needed another girl to even it out. rae had such a personality change. she was supposed to be the energetic bright addition to the group but she wasnt cutting it so they replaced her.
