Liking Quincy alot right now and see both sides with Lena/Aaliyah.. glad she's gonna give Lena a chance and get to know her as a person and a mom.

Don't like that Ivy isn't supporting or trying to see it all from Aaliyah perspective at sll either.

I know Ivy is worried but that's no reason to be a mega b*tch.. grandpa joe's stroke wasn’t caused by just one thing.. its unfair to put all the blame on Aaliyah.. grandpa Joe should have been better about his health also.

that's the thing about a depressive episode. It doesn't matter how bad you feel about not doing what others think you're supposed to do.

Sucked into this and connected to Aaliyah right away (the name gave me a smile) .. Definitely understand her anxiety attacks and whatnot (I'm guessing she has generalized anxiety disorder also) and her depression.

I love how close she is with her grandpa and cousin Ivy too.

Maybe one day it won't hurt as bad to think about what happened with Lena. For now, the pain is endless and excruciating. It's not just a part of me that aches. There's a tear in my soul, and when the soul rips and the feeling of emptiness becomes vast like the ocean, there's no repairing that.

That's how grief works. You never really get over the person who's gone, no matter how much time has passed.
