Weirdly enough, even though I know it’s anxious attachment, the way he describes it isn’t how I experience it. I do experience that kind of cycle, but I don’t get mad at her, I get concerned and scared. I’m going to have to talk to my therapist about how to adjust this to better apply to my situation.
