I’ve been reading this gradually for the past week in the train and let me tell you, Shannon NEVER lets me down. She’s always had a knack of writing strong, independent women who aren’t defined by their gender alone, but genuinely by the way they navigate and tackle their problems like any other man. Them being women simply serves as an engine for their success because the story is set in a patriarchal society!
