Solid 3.8 better than the last but still feels weird having the dudes love Lia when she sometimes comes off as inconsiderate. I like the story tho but the relationships are weird as hell

And I began walking. A thousand miles, or two, I would carry her all the way to Dalbreck if I had to. No one would pry her from my arms again.

Awwwwwww my heart is melting. He’s carrying her in the dead middle of winter with snow everywhere while being wet from the river. She has an arrow in her back and thigh on the brink of death. I can’t I love this wow

Every mile, every day. I’d do it all again. I’d chase you across three continents if that’s what it took to be with you

RAFE IS THE ONE OML

My duty was in Dalbreck, but I couldn’t imagine myself anywhere but here with her

Rafe… Rafe… Rafe what a man

I only knew no good would come of it. I knew the language of Lia.

Hate Kaden love a mischievous girl

But the fact is, I came for you, Lia, no matter who or what you are, and I don’t care what mistakes I made or what mistakes you made. I’d make every single one again, if that was the only way to be with you.

Oh my god so sweet
