I’m already confused. She has shared custody with her kid, technically it sounds more like the dad has visitation, but I was under the impression that the parent with custody couldn’t leave the state so as to not deprive the other parent? I’m not an expert. Just a kid from divorce. My dad told me we couldn’t move out of the state because he shared custody with my mother but idk. Anyway, meh so far.
