I know this was written during another time, but the constant incompetence and lack of interest from the dad for anything related to house chores is getting on my NERVES.
It’s written as a funny anecdote, but I find it infuriating that Shirley, about to go into labour, is STILL making breakfast for her kids while the husband just sits idly by. Damn..
