Storyline seems to finally be picking up some

Listening to Astra is like hearing that annoying, chatty Cathy who won’t stop talking

After the first 11% it was tempting to DNF. The writing from the 1st person POV sounds very juvenile, especially with the word choices that she uses. The FMC refers to herself in really degrading terms, such as “slut” & she might’ve referred to herself as despicable/disgusting. They also refer to the male parts as “man thingy “. The FMC talks to herself a lot & asks herself a ton of rhetorical questions.
