haha yeah that's why i stopped at the end of ch26 and put off continuing again. i am in some ways glad i'm reading this now instead of when i was 22/23 because it doesn't seem like a lot has changed since then but the difference between reading this at Andrew's age vs (probably) Sam's age is giving me a different lens to view the story from, but i also wish i'd been able to read it for the first time back then

i'm insane enough about this book to be making a playlist for it and that's like. the highest possible compliment. i don't make playlists for anything, at least not without bullying
