Oh good a city that lives in perfect harmony with a visible class system and everybody has nothing but sincere love for their queen. Nothing fishy to see here, folks.

Lab is annoying the heck out of me. I know there is a deeper thing happening. I know this is objectively a great story and a great book. But my hackles are just up so high from this high school mean girl masquerading as the nice girl manipulation vibe. I'm having to take very small bites. I don't want Amina to be subtle here. I want her to throw a damn punch.

Finally giving her the attention she deserves and am being rewarded tenfold.
