Lead 4-6 with simple concise message so they know the mission and the why

Multiple divisions or subsidiary should have one mission aligned from mother company.

Simple measurable and have bonus based on 2-3 focus.

If to complicated or teams not unified on mission then they will lose focus and not perform to goals nor communicate across boards

Multiple division and subsidiaries in one company should still operate as a team. The parent company should have a core mission to help everyone align

On the fact when you don’t train, relay information, or follow up well.

Take ownership and seek a solution on how to prevent this from happening again. Seek how training can be better

Ask until you believe.
Have courage to seek the why, even when it makes you feel like a fool or ignorant. Otherwise when others ask you, then you have show your ignorance.

It’s not what you preach, it’s what you tolerate.
