apparently i was 90% into this. lets hope this is the book where they are in jail for their thoughts - like minority report and they need to be good and think good to "get out" but no one ever gets out.

if its not... oh well, this still counts for my book challenge. hopefully these two books are for two different challenges or im gonna freak out
