While this remains one of my favorite volumes (THE. HAND. KISS. AND AOI’S ARC!!!!), I think I’ve finally put my finger on my one annoyance with this series. Thus far, Nene is literally just a damsel in distress, and she’s supposed to be our heroine. She very rarely fixes problems for herself, and she ALWAYS gets rescued by Hanako. I hope this changes in volumes I haven’t read yet
