I'm almost done with this nifty book and will probably post my review about it tomorrow. Been too busy today doing various things, and I probably wouldn't be able to collect the Elsewhen notes I'd made in a Word file into a coherent Goodreads review.

The SHTF in a humongous way.

The Marvel Sentinels remind me a lot of the Manhunters in DC! But I don't know which creation came first....

lol I don't know why I felt like typing it like that. But they really are in distress in this....

Maybe I missed something? I'm confused about why Kitty's surprised she can automatically use her powers. Is it just bad because she used them in public & was supposedly undercover?? That confuses me too. Why is she undercover? After I bought this I went back & put the earliest X-Men Byrne series in my Marvel subscription to read. Maybe that would explain these things. It's no big deal--I just feel a little lost.

I'm not up to doing as much on GR as I was but I'll try to be back for a little while at least. I bought this the other day--Amazon had it for almost 10x less regular price! It's special; the beginning's inspiring because Byrne's older now, and he sort of came back to life with this book, as far as seeking publication's concerned. But it's really good so far--with kinda cute art, the cutest I've seen from the X-Men.
