I forgot that Beck's story work makes me anxious. Don't be fooled by the cutesy cover, this is not a cozy witch romance. There is a super dark subplot that makes the cutesy romance stuff give me whiplash. Also forgot how white by omission Beck's worlds are.

Whoops, this is not a book by Hazel Beck... But if you like Hazel's stories you'll probably like this one too
