i think i've figured out the heart of why i'm not enjoying this: there is this whole plan to 'save Artemis' but Weir has not given me a reason why Artemis should be saved... like the place sounds horrible! the only appeal of living there is because it's on the moon! so i really just... don't care about it!

i kinda feel bad for how much i am not enjoying this book. so sorry to Andy Weir... I enjoyed Project Hail Mary so much but I'm unfortunately begging for this book to reach it's conclusion
