I am so close to the end and I am still not enjoying this book. :( I am struggling to understand the chemistry between Chloe and Shara and the queerness in the book feels shallow. I thought I would relate a bit more as a lesbian who grew up in the bible belt, but, again, the queerness is just not hitting for me, unfortunately.

Honestly, it isn’t my favorite!! I don’t enjoy the characters that much. They feel a little too shallow for me, like Netflix original characters.
But if you enjoy a mystery, high school, and taco bell, you’ll probably like it!
