I just want to give Samuel West, the narrator, his flowers for his performance. His range is incredible---love the voices he chose for the characters, and his narration is so calming and lovely.

Very cute and entertaining so far! I haven’t read a middle grade novel in a minute so it’s very nice to go back to simpler times and read something silly and light-hearted. This one reminds me a bit of the Darker Shade of Magic series, but if it was genderbent and for kids. Plus the illustrations are lovely!
