In chapter 12, Popper quotes a book titled Nationalism by E.N. Anderson and for Reasons he never cites it with more detail than that. He seems to think that of course all his readers know this book. Well, it is 2026, I do not know this book and I cannot find it. If anyone can help me find this book!!!
