Kaladin’s chapters are so depressing 😭

Trying to focus on the story instead of the size of the book is so hard. I don't how some readers (*cough* Ian Gubeli *cough*) pick up and read 1,000 page books like it's nothing

these first 100 pages have honestly flown by! I have hope this won’t be as slow as I was expecting. I also have a bit of a fancast :)

Interesting… the magic system is reminiscent of Allomancy but still so unique

Starting a book of this length when behind on my reading goal is probably not a very good idea. BUT The Hero of Ages put me in what I am calling a "Sanderson Slump". Basically, my brain is now wired to read only Sanderson, after spending eighteen days reading (for the most part) only Sanderson. So, should I be focusing on other books right now? Absolutely. Am I going to? Pffft, no.
