I keep forgetting how old this book is bc the prices of stuff keep shocking me. And still the only thing I'm not superrrr vibing with is the romance/attraction stuff (men always write about women's breasts weird) but this is a good slow chug book

Yeah I really don't like what's being done with the romance + Charlie (maybe semi purposely?) is not a very likeable character? Like his story is endearing but I'm not super fond of him

Really enjoying this and I think it's also helpful that I'm taking my time. I'm not a great fan of the semi romance/romantic feelings - but I have the enjoyed the direction it's been going in. I haven't gotten to the point yet where this book destroys me but I have a feeling I must be getting close

Omg he's getting smarter and I'm slowly preparing for Pain. I almost def think that if this book somehow doesn't make me hate it or myself by the end, I'll definitely be hunting down a decently priced physical copy
