I’ve grown to like this more as I keep on reading. The first half is kind of slow, it felt like it took too long to get to the action for me. Once the action kicked off, it really kicked off.

All of the characters are in danger and any of them can get taken out. Love that a lot. It keeping me on the edge of my seat now

Why is three two paragraphs (one is very small, only a few sentences) about putting paper in a printer? So bland and underwhelming

Everything is just so bland so far. The characters, the few scares, their overnight stay in a haunted house…all so bland and uneventful.

I think I finally figured out why it feels like it’s taking me a while to get into this book, all the characters feel like cliches and not fleshed out enough yet.
